Job Title: Car Sales Executive
Location: Perth PH1 3AA
Salary: Basic Salary 25000 basic salary commission OTE 4060k
Working Hours: 45 hours Rotated Weekends Off
Driving Licence Essential
Full Time and Permanent

Our client is a dynamic fastpaced business who are always one step ahead in the motor retailing industry. Their USPs technology and their unique guest experience which combined with their valuesled approach make them a growing force in retail automotive.

Their dealership in Perth is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team on a fulltime permanent basis.
You will be selling a variety of new and used cars from a variety of brands.

What you will do:
  • Deliver a firstclass customer experience.
  • Build lasting relationships with your customers through your energetic and outgoing personality. You won t just be doing this in person but also over the phone.
  • Provide a full and thorough service to our clients customers to ensure they are matched with the correct car that meets all of their needs.
  • Strive to meet your sales targets to ensure you have the best opportunity to achieve your optimistic earning potential.
  • Work well in a team environment we rely on one another to perform to ensure we deliver the best customer experience.
  • Have excellent attention to detail with good and robust financial services regulations and big transaction balances it s important that an applicant can get the details right. Again we can support and offer training to help you sharpen up the detailed aspect of the role.


Requirements

Essential Skills:
  • Car sales experience is preferred but not essential.
  • If you do not have car sales experience our clients are looking for people with facetoface sales experience in areas such as Mobile Phones White Goods / Electrical Furniture etc.
  • Proven ability to deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
  • Fantastic communication skills and a natural ability to build a conversation.
  • High level of drive and passion to be successful.
  • Willing to learn and challenge yourself.
  • Selfmotivated targetdriven and hungry to earn.
  • Organised and a high level of resilience.
  • Full and valid UK driving license.
