Job Description

As a Financial Services Delivery Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of financial services to clients managing teams and overseeing operations to meet client expectations and organizational goals.


Work Locations:
Nuvali Sta Rosa
Working Setup: On site most of the time during probationary period and may go on hybrid 3 days office 2 days home based after.
Working Schedule: Midshift Monday Friday


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their financial service needs and ensuring delivery aligns with their expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and issue resolution.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage a team of financial service professionals ensuring they are motivated trained and equipped to deliver highquality services.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Service Delivery Oversight:
  • Monitor and oversee the delivery of financial services ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Financial Management:
  • Manage financial resources allocated to service delivery ensuring budgets are adhered to and financial targets are met
  • Monitor financial performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management and clients as required.
Risk Management:
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Implement risk management strategies to safeguard client interests and enhance operational resilience.
Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans for service delivery aligning objectives with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Contribute to the development of new service offerings or enhancements based on market trends and client feedback.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field. A Master s degree or professional certification (e.g. CFA CPA) is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in Financial Services Delivery with a track record of managing teams and achieving operational excellence.
  • Backround in shared services or outsourcing operations
  • Deep understanding of financial products services and industry regulations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills capable of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems along with advanced MS Office skills.
  • Willing to work onsite within Nuvali
