Your role

We are seeking skilled professionals to engage with highpotential advertisers and persuade them to integrate a variety of marketing products into their current strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote and sell services
• Maintain and update customer databases with complete information
• Strengthen the existing customer base while expanding into new markets
• Record call history and customer feedback in detail
• Ensure consistent followup with customers
• Monitor competitors offerings and develop strategies to sell our own
• Address customer needs and resolve inquiries

Requirements

• Nativelevel proficiency in French with fluent English
• Previous sales experience
• Experience with CRM systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable in a goaldriven environment
• Confident competitive and proactive with a goaloriented mindset
• Able to work independently while thriving in a team setting
• Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate various business models
• Focused on delivering excellent customer experience
