Marketing Executive

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospital services specializations and events through various channels such as digital marketing social media print and events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content including blog posts articles social media posts and multimedia materials to engage target audiences and drive traffic to the hospitals website.
• Manage social media accounts and online presence including content creation community engagement and performance tracking.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitive insights and provide recommendations for marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as clinical services administration and patient experience to gather information and ensure alignment of marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including physicians referring providers community organizations and media outlets to promote collaboration and enhance the hospitals reputation.
• Plan and organize events such as health fairs seminars workshops and community outreach programs to increase awareness of hospital services and engage with the local community.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using key metrics and analytics tools and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Stay updated on industry trends best practices and regulations related to healthcare marketing and incorporate new ideas and technologies into marketing strategies.
• .Support the Marketing Manager in developing marketing plans budgets and objectives and assist in the implementation of marketing projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field required; Masters degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in marketing preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques with knowledge of digital marketing social media and content marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to marketing and advertising.
