The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for leading daily operations ensuring production goals quality standards and safety measures are met in the manufacturing plant.

What youll be doing:

• Overseeing supervisors and managers to keep production on track and ensure everything meets quality and safety standards.
• Managing daytoday operations like planning production and shipping while sticking to schedules and budgets.
• Allocating resources fixing issues that slow things down and making sure everything runs smoothly.
• Leading continuous improvements on the production line to increase efficiency and reduce costs in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Coordinating with other departments to hire manage and develop manufacturing staff and making sure everyone follows safety procedures.

MustHave Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 15 years of experience managing manufacturing plants.
• Strong experience with lean manufacturing principles and managing teams.
• Ability to use computer applications for manufacturing management and problemsolving.
