Job Description
Work Arrangement: Work onsite daily
Shift Schedule Restdays: Rotational (24/7) Schedule No fixed day off
Educational Requirement:
- Atleast 2nd year College undergraduate
- Vocational Diploma (2yrs.)
- Associates Degree (2yrs.)
- College Graduate
Work Experience:
1.Team Lead exp for 35yrs. in a bpo setting
2. with Travel account exp preferably
3. Can consider exposure from telco sales technical helpdesk account (complex accounts in a pure voice environment)
4. No healthcare domestic accounts
5. with people management and good communication skills
