Virtual Rockstar is seeking a detailoriented and techsavvy Fulltime Medical Virtual Assistant to join our client s dynamic team. This role will involve both remote support and inclinic interactions with patients.

Our client s physical therapy team is dedicated to helping their patients live their most active lives. They pride themselves on their commitment to patient care and the innovative use of technology to enhance the healthcare experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries via phone and email.
  

• Manage patient intake and checkin processes ensuring a seamless experience.
  

• Handle appointment scheduling rescheduling and cancellations.
  

• Post patient payments accurately and efficiently.
  

• Manage the appointment calendar to optimize patient flow.
  

• Work with our virtual front desk kiosk Virtual Sally to enhance patient interactions.
  

Requirements

• Experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant preferably with USbased clients.
  

• Familiarity with Prompt EMR is a plus.
  

• Comfortable with technology and capable of using virtual tools to assist patients.
  

• Strong communication skills and a customerfocused mindset.
  

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  

• Must have the proper tech specifications to work live inclinic with patients.
