Who We Are: At Roman Home LLC were not just a group home were a beacon of hope for children aged 317 who have faced challenges no child should. We offer a sanctuary for those who have been abused neglected or abandoned helping them to heal and grow in a safe loving environment.

Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept: As a Behavior Technician youre more than just a caregiver; youre a hero in the making. Every day youll be:

• Crafting a supportive atmosphere that feels like home for our residents.
  
• Assisting our kids with daily activities from homework to hygiene ensuring they not only survive but thrive.
  
• Leading adventures outside the home teaching how to explore the world safely.
  
• Cooking up not just meals but also moments of joy and learning.
  
• Being the eyes ears and heart of our home by documenting activities and reporting directly to your superhero headquarters (our management team).
  

Requirements

Your Superhero Gear:

• Must be at least 21 years of age (because with great power comes... you know the rest).
  
• Diploma/GED in hand.
  
• A valid drivers license and the agility for onthego heroics.
  
• Eligibility for a level one Fingerprint Clearance Card because safety is our superpower.
  
• Stellar communication skills; because what s a hero if not a great storyteller
  
• At least 1 year of experience in nurturing young lives in a group home or similar battlefield.
