We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join our team in Limassol Cyprus. You will work closely with our CFO and executive team to lead our financial operations driving performance improvements and managing financial strategy. This is a key leadership role providing insights that shape the companys future growth and success. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the CFO to develop and present the company s annual budget.

Monitor budget performance recommending costsaving measures and implementing improvements.

Provide financial insights and alternatives to enhance company performance.

Manage capital requests budgeting processes and financial reporting.

Prepare and present detailed reports on financial status risks and forecasts.

Support the development of financial and tax strategies with the CFO.

Deliver financial figures and strategic insights to executive management.

Oversee cash management funding and capital allocation for operations.

Conduct financial assessments of counterparties and banks.

Evaluate the profitability of products and services addressing gaps in collaboration with other departments.

Review statutory financial statements and maintain key banking relationships.

What We re Looking For:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting or Finance. CFA certification is a plus.

Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Prior experience in finance particularly within financial intermediary firms.

Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office particularly MS Excel.

Expertise in financial modeling data analysis and strategic financial planning.

Excellent leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical mindset capable of spotting trends and patterns.

Experience in managing relationships with executivelevel stakeholders.
