Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial statements and reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct financial analysis including budget variance analysis and forecasting to provide valuable insights to management.
• Working on monthend and yearend close processes including the preparation of journal entries account reconciliations and financial statement review.
• Conducting successful audits and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Handle complex accounting transactions and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings including income tax provisions and compliance with tax regulations.
• Monitor and interpret changes in accounting regulations and assess the potential impact on the organization.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff fostering a collaborative and highperforming team environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
• 1 years of progressive accounting experience with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to perform complex financial analysis including budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficient in utilizing accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively to stakeholders.
