As a Reservations Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to make room reservations. Your role involves providing excellent customer service assisting with booking inquiries and ensuring accurate and efficient reservation processes.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Promote special offers packages and discounts to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of hotel policies procedures and room types.
• Collaborate with the reservations team to ensure accurate room inventory management.
• Assist with group reservations and bookings as needed.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve reservation skills and knowledge.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
