Job Description

Job Summary: The Corporate Treasurer will be responsible for overseeing the organizations financial operations managing liquidity optimizing investment strategies and ensuring financial risk management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and extensive experience in corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to manage liquidity investments and capital structure.
  • Oversee cash management and forecasting ensuring efficient use of company resources.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions and investors.
  • Monitor and manage financial risks including interest rate foreign exchange and credit risks.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Lead treasury operations including debt management cash flow analysis and investment strategies.
  • Develop and execute strategies for managing corporate financing and capital structure.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support companywide financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA CFA or CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 810 years of experience in treasury management corporate finance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing complex financial operations and strategic financial planning.
  • Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
