Job Description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy which assists businesses in creating positive interactive and successful customer interactions using a blend of human touch and technology. Together were looking for a Czech or Slovakspeaking Sales Team Leader to join their teams in Gdask.

Position: Sales Team Leader with Czech or Slovak

Location: Gdask Poland

Work Model: Fully onsite

Employment type: Fulltime.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Apply a process of continuous review management of absenteeism and attrition for all Sales Advisors in the team
  • Review and monitor work performance of all Sales Advisors
  • Undertake quarterly performance reviews and 1:1 monthly meetings
  • Ensure Advisors are recognized and rewarded for outstanding achievements/performance
  • Provide clear direction and guidance with a teams sales goals in mind
  • Facilitate a culture of open and honest 2 way communication
  • Maintain an environment which supports the spirit of teamwork
  • Ensure actions from employee satisfaction survey are implemented and continuously reviewed
  • Coach develop and motivate Sales Advisors by providing the skills and knowledge to perform their job together with opportunities for skills expansion and career development
  • Monitor Advisor calls in line with CLOE either via deskside or remote monitoring across a sample of transaction types
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of any client/campaign issues to Operations Manager
  • Ensure appropriate actions are taken to improve client satisfaction survey scores
  • Implementation and improvement of the processess.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/ fluent in Czech or Slovakboth verbal and written. Good command in English
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales operations/Team Leading (ideally B2B) managing both internal and external stakeholders
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a BPO/Contact Centre environment
  • Vibrant and resolute personality to successfully lead and coach a team
  • Understanding of B2B sales operations and experience with sales KPIs
  • Adaptability to a fastpaced international work environment a drive to make an impact and share best practices
  • Effective task prioritization and time management skills especially under pressure.
