Job Description

Position Summary: Oversee and coordinate the Human Rights Committee (HRC) processes to ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations that protect the rights wellbeing and safety of the individuals we serve. Provide administrative funding operations to all branches of the Clinical Department. Collaborate with operations team to ensure efficient fiscal functioning and reporting that can be modified as systemic changes occur.


Essential Responsibilities HRC:

Exhibit high level of confidentiality with access to client health information.

Exhibit excellent organizational and accuracy skills

Facilitate correspondence with internal and external entities including vendor agencies other contracted behavioral health professionals and evaluators case management and guardians and committee.

Collect behavioral plans and supporting health documentation between vendor agency case management and HRC members

Maintain databases to track timelines specific reportable data and compliance

Prepare and schedule for monthly committee meetings facilitate take minutes and follow up with requests for action items

Provide monthly data to internal Quality and Compliance Coordinators

Support Participant Safeguard Management per DAADS

Facilitate documentation flow for Community of Practice

Participate in the hiring process for Clinical Services to ensure documentation and scheduling is efficient and timely

Ability to work from office or remotely after initial training period and facetoface interaction are essential job functions

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor


Essential Responsibilities Include: SSL Funding Administrative Operations

Specialty Services:

Establish and maintain an understanding of alternative funding sources including private insurance Medicaid Medicare

Track funding requests for new and expiring approvals though Excel database AWARDS software MMIS and NH Easy platform as needed.

Identify late approvals and collaborate internally to support communication ensure timely requests for approvals.

Share tracking information with internal stakeholders and collaborate on approval resolutions.

Support clinicians in communications for smooth funding workflow.

Assign quality assurance markers to ensure best practice guidelines and timely outcomes

Capacity to cross train with billing staff for SSL to support system understanding and coverage.


Moore Clinical Services Team Project Support:

Develop collaborative relationships with internal Business Office to synchronize invoicing for Moore Clinical Services

Design and implement synchronized funding/invoicing procedures to be used with NH AA for Moore Clinical Services

Coordinate funding and provision of services to improve efficient utilization of qualified clinicians

Provide training for and communication with SC Agencies for collaboration of statewide clinical services

Collaborate with and maintain an understanding of internal service providers workflows: including the Behavioral Specialists Therapists Local Risk Team Community of Practice.

Perform data analysis/entry and report configuration

Scheduled attendance in the office for facetoface interaction are essential job functions.

Remote work maybe approved following initial training and competency review.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor





Requirements

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

Bachelor s degree preferred

Some accounting experience preferred

3 years of administrative experience

2 years of experience in health or clinical field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Adobe and database systems

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Excel Outlook and the ability to master new software

Ability to accumulate knowledge of Developmental Disability System. Client Rights State Regulations behavioral plan components and agency processes

Ability to apply logic and reasoning to identify and analyze alternative solutions conclusions or approaches to problems

Ability to work with and process personal client information without judgment or bias

All staff must adhere to the NH state law requiring mandated reporting of suspected abuse neglect or exploitation. Additionally staff are required to maintain criminal motor vehicle and Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services record checks that meet agency standards. Staff are also required to travel and transport clients when applicable. This includes having access to a reliable vehicle a valid driver s license and maintaining personal auto insurance of $100000/300000.
