Weld Test:2G Plate test with thw GTAW root pass and SMAW fill and cap.

The Header Welder Combination A is responsible for fitting and welding fabricated and forged components to assemble Header components using various welding processes.

What youll be doing:

• Reading blueprints for layout and assembling Header components.
• Fitting and welding parts using Shielded Metal Arc Welding Gas Metal Arc Welding and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding processes.
• Positioning aligning and tackwelding components to secure parts for final welding.
• Setting up welding equipment based on material type and job specifications.

MustHave Qualifications:

• Proficiency in reading blueprints for layout.
• Experience with SMAW GMAW and/or GTAW welding processes.
• Ability to position align and fit components correctly for welding.
• Experience setting up welding equipment for different material types.
