• RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment.

• If interested in any location please indlude what states (I.E. Any AZ Any CO Any state etc.)
• All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.
• All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
• All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.

Requirement description :

• Minimum 2 years of current Pediatrics experience REQUIRED
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION REQUIRED
• No Nursys Hits REQUIRED
• Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
• Flu vaccination Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
