Remote Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Remote Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role involves sourcing interviewing and selecting top talent for various positions while collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs effectively.

• Source and attract candidates through various platforms (job boards social media etc.).
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and manage applicant tracking systems to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
• Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of current job market trends and employment legislation.

• Salary: $45000 $65000 per year commensurate with experience.
