Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to each patients age and specific needs.
• Evaluate and document patient responses to treatment including progress and ongoing needs.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and resources for maintaining functional independence.
• Participate in team meetings and provide inservice training to team members on occupational therapy practices.
• Contribute to the development of more efficient and productive program functions.
• Participate in quality management and safety activities including data collection and survey preparation.
• Engage in costeffective care delivery and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain licensure and certifications and stay active in professional organizations.

Qualifications:

• Current or pending state licensure in Occupational Therapy.
• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
