This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in MedSurg responsible for delivering quality patient care during the night shift. The position requires working under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and/or Nursing Unit Director to plan provide and evaluate total nursing care. The RN will facilitate individualized goaldirected care using the nursing process in line with departmental and hospital policies. The role also involves effective collaboration with other shifts to ensure continuity of care and maintaining positive relations with other departments and nursing units. Participation in all phases of education is also expected.

• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established patient care philosophy and hospital policies.
• Nursing Process: Utilize the nursing process to assess plan implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with other shifts and departments to ensure seamless patient care.
• Education: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.

• Education: Associates degree or higher in Nursing or a related field.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Licensure: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
