• Design implement and evaluate nursing education programs workshops and training sessions that align with current healthcare practices and standards.
  
• Provide engaging and effective instruction to nursing staff students and other healthcare professionals utilizing various teaching methods and technologies.
  
• Evaluate the competencies and performance of nursing staff and students through assessments feedback and practical demonstrations.
  
• Serve as a mentor and resource for nurses providing guidance on clinical practices professional development and career advancement.
  
• Work with healthcare leadership and interdisciplinary teams to identify educational needs and develop strategies to address gaps in knowledge and skills.
  
• Promote and integrate evidencebased practices into educational programs encouraging a culture of research and innovation.
  
• Stay current with trends in nursing education healthcare regulations and best practices to ensure that programs are relevant and effective.
  
• Assist in the development and revision of nursing policies and procedures to enhance educational standards and patient care.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master s degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred.
  
• Active nursing license in insert relevant state or region.
  
• Proven experience as a nurse educator or in a related educational role with a strong understanding of nursing practices and education methodologies.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate learners.
  
• Strong organizational skills to manage educational programs and resources effectively.
  
• Ability to assess educational needs and develop tailored programs to meet those needs.
  
• Certification in Nurse Education (CNE) or similar credentials preferred.
