• Need someone to handle day to day HR/ER operations
• Most employees are housekeeping i.e. Environment Custodians at the prison in addition to employees with disabilities
• Maintain solid emotional state show compassion and be present; understand the importance of confidentiality
• Higher than HR Asst have some TA exp
• Office 365 TEAMS Attend Ops & Safety Meetings

Qualifications:

• Employee Relations experience: i.e. investigations personnel matters
• Talent Acquisition /Interview skills
• Computer Skills: Lots of Excel spreadsheet maintenance
• Be positive and present for employees fulltime and be willing to talk to and encourage employees

1. Do you have Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.

2. Do you have 7 years of management experience.

3. Do you have 7 years of functional experience.

4. Do you have experience Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment.

5. Employee Relations experience: i.e. investigations personnel matters

6. Talent Acquisition /Interview skills

7. Computer Skills: Lots of Excel spreadsheet maintenance
