Registered Dietitian

Join our dynamic team at RD Nutrition Consultants LLC for a short term 1326 week assignment!

We are a leading Dietitian Nutritionist Consulting firm providing expert services to healthcare facilities nationwide. We are currently looking for a passionate Registered Dietitian to be a part of our growing team for a short term assignment in the area.

Position Highlights:

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks initially and could be extended up to 26 weeks.
  
• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week. Hours to be completed MondayFriday during normal business hours.
  
• Compensation: $40.00$49.00 per hour based on experience.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (preferred).
  
• Proficiency in providing general nutrition interventions.
  
• Experience with tube feedings.
  
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems.
  
• Knowledgeable about state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations.
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Undertake comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients and residents.
  
• Administer medical nutrition therapy including for wound healing and weight management.
  
• Offer nutritional counseling and education to both residents and their families.
  
• Ensure adherence to DOH/state/federal regulations and company standards.
  
• Execute tasks independently without the need for routine supervision.
