Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Lead with 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Lead you will be responsible for leading the design development and of Salesforce solutions. You will play a key role in shaping our Salesforce platform strategy and guiding the team toward successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Salesforce projects from requirements gathering to solution design development and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions including custom objects workflows automation and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership mentoring and guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Ensure best practices are followed in Salesforce configuration development and integration.
• Oversee data migration integration with thirdparty systems and the maintenance of existing Salesforce environments.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and solutions.
• Identify opportunities for system improvement innovation and optimization within the Salesforce platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of handson experience with Salesforce CRM including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and/or other Salesforce products.
• Proven experience in leading Salesforce projects and teams from design to delivery.
• Expertise in Salesforce development (Apex Visualforce Lightning Components SOQL etc.).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture data models and integration patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce administration customization and security.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.
• Excellent problemsolving communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DevOps practices CI/CD and version control tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with thirdparty integrations and API management.
