Office/Location: 1810 N Coral St A Coralville IA 52241

Rate: $130/hour

Dates: Nov 29 Dec 26 912

Hours: MonFri 8am5pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a licensed dentist to join our clinic in Coralville IA for a temporary parttime position. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling various dental procedures.

Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to):

• Perform basic surgical procedures
• Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks
• Administer fillings root canals extractions and dentures
• Provider must be comfortable doing Surgical Extractions implant crown placement good patient adequate

Contract Details:

• Compensation: $130/hour
• Travel & Lodging Expenses: Covered if necessary

Requirements:

• Updated Curriculum Vitae
• Professional License
• Active DEA license is required
• Active CSR license is required
• NPI and DEA number (DEA schedule and expiration date)
