User experience designer UX

Job description

We are looking for a talented and experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. As a UX designer you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences with our digital services. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including product owners engineers and users to translate user needs into meaningful design solutions. Your expertise in information architecture interaction design and usability testing will be critical to ensure our products meet the highest levels of usability and customer satisfaction.

Job duties

• Conduct user research both qualitative and quantitative and analyze and present insights to the product team.
  
• Analyze and follow up user research.
  
• Design user flows and interfaces for our digital services in the Retail area with the user in focus.
  
• Work closely with our product owners and other stakeholders within PostNord.

Mandatory requirements

• Relevant education in interaction design service design or equivalent field.
  
• At least 3 years of work experience as a UX/UI designer for mobile apps.
  
• Experience in planning and executing user tests.
  
• The ability to analyze and design user flows and knows UX best practices.
  
• Has experience designing UI for mobile apps and good insight into the design systems for iOS and Android.
  
• Understands the basics of graphic design and typography.
  
• Have worked with or even developed UI libraries in Figma.
  
• Have worked with design systems and understand that what you design must fit into our brand and into a digital ecosystem.
  
• Understands the basics of how to design for accessibility and the WCAG requirements.

• Has worked with designing UI for the web.
  
• Knowledge and experience in UX writing.
  
• Understands IT processes such as Scrum and Agile.
