We seek an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our team who will have the opportunity toshape the structure of our revenue operations and help our sales team scale efficiently.

The role
Were seeking a Revenue Operations Manager with a sharp commercial mind to build our revenue strategies across thecustomer journey. This role is a big deal at Teamtailor and youll be crucial in levelling up our revenue game .
With a product and salesled growth strategy and a sales team set to hit over 200 Account Executives by the end of 2025 we need someone enthusiastic to dive in. Youll be streamlining workflows uncovering gaps in how we measure performance and defining the analysis we need to stay ahead. Plus youll keep all our commercial teams aligned and working together like a welloiled machine .

What will you do
- Define and shape the structure ofRevenue Operations to ensure high sales efficiency and scalability as we expand across all markets.
- Develop and manage internal reporting of key metrics (e.g. pipeline win rates) as well as ensure data consistency and integrityacross departments for accurate reporting.
- Monitor and analysesales performance to provide impactful recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and teams across all our markets to provide impactful insights and recommendations.
- Design and manage sales incentive programs.
- Work with leadership on revenue forecasting planning andgoal settingaligned with company objectives.
- Continuously provide feedback andadvise on process improvements across the sales and customer journey.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Prior experience in similar roles at other fastgrowing techcompanies.
- A strong problemsolving mindsetwith the ability to extract analyse and interpret complex data sets to provide actionalable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently across various teams and departments to influence decisionmaking.
- An academic degree in finance accounting economics engineering or a related field.
- Experience in Salesforce is preferred but not required.
- Experience in revenue operations is preferred but not required.
