UX Lead (gn)

Your mission

• You will be understanding the technical product specifications and dig deep into Robotics from a UX design perspective.
• You will be reponsible for analyzing target groups and user feedback.
• You will be conceptualizing the Usability and User Experience Testings.
• You will be accountable for deriving and implementing UX KPIs.
• You will be building inspirational personas and promote them within the company.
• You will also be shaping our UX vision for the next years.
• You will be taking the lead on building up a passionate community of practice.
• You will be responsible to find creative ways to solve UX problems and be able to communicate design ideas as well as prototypes quickly.
• You will define procedures with product management and engineering to create a user-centered development process.
• You will be framing and refining the UX research procedures and methods.
• You will be working closely with UI / UX designers product management and front-end developers.
• You will be responsible for keeping abreast of competitor products and industry trends.

Your profile

• You have 5+ years experience as a user / UX designer / researcher.
• You possess outstanding qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• You are highly proficient in UI design softwares such as Figma, Illustrator, Adobe Suite or others.
• You have a background in a technical and non-consumer driven environment.
• You are very knowledgeable of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Swift UI (this is a big plus).
• You hold persistence in standing in for users.
• You own an analytical mind with an empathetic heart for users.
• You retain excellent communication skills between departments.
• You have love for data and the ability to focus on the essentials.
• You have fun with handling complexity.
• You are fluent in both, English and German.
