Job Description


For the

State Street Global Markets (SSGM)

department in our company

State Street Bank International GmbH

Munich

we are looking for a

Working Student - SSGM Chief of Staff Office (m/f/d).






Major Responsibilities



Support in business development activities across the region, coordinating and supporting business leads on x-sell opportunities/ client events and operational issues
Coordinate GM's communication with regulatory authorities
Help determine impact to SSGM SSBI of upcoming regulatory changes and translate rule changes into organized and structured project deliverables
Assist in monitoring an effective oversight framework to ensure that issues and risks to the project are appropriately identified, escalated and resolved
Manage outsourcing agreements where SSGM SSBI is the recipient of services
Support in the CoSec responsibilities of SSBI London Branch and any CAO requirement for SSBI SSGM
Support in submissions for SSBI GM Governance Forums


These skills will help you succeed in this role

Working towards a relevant Bachelor and/or Master degree
Proficient in MS office
Proficiency in English and German
Passion for financial markets, their drivers, and analytical skills to provide a value add service to our institutional investor client base
Solid time management skills, ability to prioritize
