Your tasks
As a (Senior) Learning Experience Designer at Bots & People you will be responsible for the following:
- Building high-quality courses in the field of process automation (RPA, Process Mining, KI, Workflow Automation, and more)
- Conceptualizing, realizing and evaluating new courses together with technical experts
- Working together with a pool of external trainers
- Setting up learning journeys for clients and bringing in your didactical knowledge
- Defining learning goals and action plans based on client needs and target audience
- Working together with our Customer Success team and delivering up to our customers' expectations and acting as Sparring Partner
- Being a pioneer in the learning field and constantly sparring new ideas and possibilities to enhance the learning experience even more
- Optional: facilitating workshops
Your profile
- You have min. 2-3 years of experience in a relevant education field: corporate L&D, Education Consultant, Public L&D (e.g. Programmmanager Volkshochschule)
- You have a proven record of didactical knowledge, eg. through own virtual training concepts, own learning journey projects
- You have Project Management experience (eg. through own project responsibilities in the past)
- You have an affinity for the Tech Space
- Bonus: You have Start-Up Experience
- Bonus: You have a degree in one of the following areas - Business Psychology, Adult Learning ...

- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment: As proof of this we expect you to bring 2+ years of experience at a scale-up (anything from 30 to 200) or in management consulting, or to convince us why this doesn t matter
- You demonstrate ownership: You bring your own topics to every agenda and follow through on commitments. You don't just identify problems but also propose solutions.
- You are a clear and effective communicator: You use Slack and Asana to plan, manage, and execute projects keeping the right stakeholders informed and addressing prioritization needs and tensions as they come up.
- Bonus: Have an interest in or any prior knowledge about process automation.
