Your role in a team:

  • Strategy Development: Define and implement a product strategy that drives user acquisition and growth aligned with business objectives.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain a product roadmap focused on acquisition goals balancing shortterm wins with longterm strategic initiatives. Lead the quarterly planning of our acquisition squad and develop an aligned plan for the next 3 months within our crossfunctional set up with marketing and sales.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Partner with marketing sales data design research and engineering teams to build launch and iterate on acquisitionfocused products and features.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate progress insights and results to stakeholders providing transparency into the acquisition product roadmap and performance.
  • DataDriven Decisions: Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of acquisition strategies and continuously refine the approach based on performance metrics.
  • Customer Insights: Empathize with our product industry and our customers by working closely with our research team to build acquisition strategies.
  • A/B Testing: Contribute to the Design and of A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product features for better user acquisition and conversion.
  • Project Management: Lead the endtoend product development process for acquisitionrelated features from ideation to launch ensuring timely and highquality delivery while working closely with our engineers.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

What you need to be successful:

  • Experience: 35 years of experience in product management with a strong focus on user acquisition growth or related areas.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of digital marketing data analytics and the technical aspects of product development.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics Mixpanel) and comfortable making datadriven decisions.
  • CustomerCentric: Passion for understanding and solving customer needs with a focus on creating seamless and engaging user experiences.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with the ability to pivot quickly based on changing priorities or market conditions.
  • ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome challenges.
  • You are fluent in English German is a plus.
  • You are located in Berlin.

Skills:

  • Experience with customer acquisition in a B2C or B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and a strong interest in digital marketing.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Trello).
  • Strong communication skills and empathy to work closely with our stakeholder and our engineering team
