HCM Implementation Project Lead

Requirements
The successful consultant will:
- Provide advice and support for HCM system implementation projects, primarily providing oversight on implementing HCM systems, and/or Payroll, GL, HR, Benefits, and Talent Management.
- Assist client, project manager and consultants during all phases of system implementation projects.
- Manage and ensure execution of all implementation project tasks adhering to our and our partners collaborative approach to include; working with client and consultants to design business processes, gather functional and reporting requirements, build/configure system according to client requirements, and support testing, data conversion and integration development efforts.
- Be a system expert with our HCM partners products/applications; continually learn and stay current on all features/functions to provide maximum value to the client.

Communicate with project team members regarding project milestones, risks, issues, and status.
- Coordinate with implementation solutions teams (configuration, IT, product...)
- Identify and analyze project risks & dependencies.
- Control customer delivery and validate customer go-live.
- Measure project success and identify improvements needed.
- Stay abreast of new features and products released.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on identified topics/products.
- Strong experience in implementing HR & Payroll solutions.
Competencies:
Proficiency with application implementation, with understanding of business process and data interrelationships and configuration impact is required.
- Ability to gather and interpret client business needs and communicate requirements to vendors, etc.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional business issues.
- Ability to prioritize / plan work activities and manage multiple projects with a focus on results. Monitors and ensures project activities are progressing as scheduled (and within defined scope).
- Displays strong verbal and written communication. Communicates openly, honestly, and respectfully with diverse audiences. Strong listening skills.
- Strong people skills. Build trust and relationships and create a collaborative/consultative style with clients. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with team/colleagues.
