About the role:

We want well rounded individuals in the activation team that can assess a client brief and apply both their specialist knowledge and skills but always think omnichannel. How do the channels work together to deliver business outcomes Be that brand consideration or more sales. We are also working to build new products and services for the agency such as consultancy services or our omnichannel programmatic trading solution with Hawk.


We have a really exciting opportunity for someone to join the activation team and lead on our programmatic trading solution.

This a great opportunity for a motivated creative and analytical mind to take a step into a senior role. We are looking for an expert in the programmatic ecosystem who will think outside the box and find ways to progress our programmatic product.

The candidate will be accountable for building and leading the Programmatic product and proactively develop the traders to get the best out of the platform ensuring that they are working towards relevant goals and objectives for the product. There will be some clientfacing responsibility especially when driving the product and as such the role demands a strategic commercial and operational expert. The ideal person will fit with our culture be a team player be friendly positive & selfdisciplined.

The successful candidate will join our growing team in a role that is responsible for overseeing the planning activation optimisation and reporting of activity across the Hawk DSP platform and supporting the team across various DSPs when required.

This is a unique opportunity to work with exciting brands across all addressable channels including digital OOH Connected TV Audio Video and Display


Role responsibilities

Programmatic Strategy & Best Practice:

Leadership of programmatic strategy and trading operations within the business

Development of capabilities within the agency and integration with wider product teams around the future of our programmatic offering

Ensure bestinclass approach to programmatic including brand safety measurement targeting and planning.

Demonstrate diligence attention to detail and adherence to the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation pacing and performance across all accounts.

Support traders to ensure financial accuracy and reconciliation of spends.



Proactively seek new client onboarding and expansion of existing client spend within the service. Continue to develop the product with new initiatives around supply data and measurement.


Requirements:

Approx 7 years of experience in Programmatic planning or buying role (agency or trading desk) with a proven ability to deliver successful largescale Programmatic Campaigns

Handson experience working in various DSPs (ideally DV360 & The Trade Desk) activating across a range of channels including video YouTube & display.

Expertise in Audio BVOD/CTV Display OOH and Video

Up to date expert knowledge of the ad tech landscape

Strong experience of critical thinking and problemsolving

Strong knowledge and handson experience of technology platforms and integration

Great communicator both verbally and written confident in front of clients with the ability of understanding their wider business & challenges

Ability to anticipate issues and be proactive in producing solutions with measurable outcomes.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills

Solid understanding of all media channels

Commercially minded and strong business acumen
