On behalf of one of its clients in the fastmoving consumer goods field the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is looking for a Sourcing & Category Manager Assistant.
The missions to fulfill are:
- Manage a portfolio of existing suppliers
- Supporting the Sourcing & Category Manager with administrative matters and sales operations
- Participating in distributor sales collection data preparation of orders/invoices and restock
- Involved in a diverse range of projects related to sourcing and category management
- Coordinating with the warehouse Operations Manager for orders fulfilment process
- Other missions may be entrusted according to the activity schedule and the candidates performance.
Requirements
Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
- Proactive and resultsoriented mindset
- Excellent time management skills
- Good oral and written English is essential. French is also necessary for coordination and communication with partners in Europe.
- Previous experience in FMCG is a plus.
