Our FMCG client is seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing implementing and optimizing our online advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms to drive growth and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management:
Develop and execute advanced Google Ads and Meta campaigns including search display video and social media ads.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance making datadriven decisions to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.
Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives landing pages and targeting strategies.
2. Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with business goals.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising particularly within Google and Meta platforms.
Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in paid media channels.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR CPC CPA and conversion rates.
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders highlighting campaign performance and recommending improvements.
Set up and maintain conversion tracking to accurately measure the impact of ad campaigns.
4. Budget Management:
Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
Work with the finance team under the supervision of performance marketing manager to forecast and plan advertising spend.
