FILINVEST COMPANY: CRIMSON RESORT AND SPA BORACAY
Responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of baked goods for all kitchen outlets. Works under the guidance of the Head Baker and Pastry Chef to uphold high standards of quality consistency and preparation in all baked items.
- Occasionally may be involved in developing new recipes or adapting existing ones to meet customer preferences or dietary restrictions.
- Adheres to food safety and sanitation standards including maintaining a clean and organized work area properly storing ingredients and following hygiene protocols
- Monitor the baking process including checking the consistency and quality of the dough ensuring proper riing and baking times and adjusting temperatures or timing as needed
- Operate baking equipments such as ovens mixers and proofers to bake goods at the appropriate temperatures and for the correct durations
- Mixing and preparing doughs and batter according to the standard recipes which may include bread pastries and other baked goods.
Qualifications
- A degree or diploma related to Culinary
- Experience working in a bakery pastry shop or commercial kitchen environment
- With food safety and serve safe training
- Amenable to work in Borcay
- Can start immediately
