In 2022 Instabee was founded after combining Instabox and Budbee two leading lastmile delivery companies with three consumerfacing brands: Budbee Instabox and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European ecommerce enabler. Always with the customer at heart.

Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex.

About the role

Were seeking a Operations Analyst who is not just a data enthusiast but also has a strong business acumen. The ideal candidate is eager to learn constantly questioning the status quo and not afraid to be persistent to achieve results. Youll be the bridge between data and business ensuring that insights lead to actionable business outcomes.

• Operations Understanding: Quickly learn our lastmile logistics processes data sources and key stakeholders.

• Routing & Communication (20%): Manage routing tasks and collaborate with Site Managers and teams for smooth operations.

• Data Preparation: Gather the right data for analysis request additional data from BI/Tech teams and create new SQL tables as needed.

• Workbook & Tool Development: Propose and design effective workbooks and tools focused on workflow design and insights.

• Dashboard Development: Build and refine Tableau dashboards for routing and Site Managers to provide actionable insights.

• Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze data to propose new processes improve efficiency and support product development.

• Route Simulation: Simulate and analyze routes to optimize performance and service levels.

About you

• SQL Proficiency: Experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation.

• Visualization Tools: Handson experience with Tableau or Power BI.

• Business Focused: Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.

• DetailOriented: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality.

• Critical Thinking: Ability to approach problems critically and think beyond the obvious.

• Eagerness to Learn: A passion for continuously improving your skills and finding better ways to do things.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to diverse audiences.

• Autonomous Work Style: Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and manage your time well.
