Data Quality Support

Role:
Do actual data changes in our systems regarding customer subscription and asset data when needed. The person will have to become an expert of how data is entered into our different systems where to find data understand dependencies and what the root issue/demand is and through that understand how to best adjust the data in order to create customer satisfaction accuracy and quality. The person will be taught and coached by employees in the team that are experts today but do not have sufficient time to do the actual changes.

We might for example see in an analysis that we need to change several customers info in from one set up to another in order to have a more efficient way of working and in order to do changes you need to understand each customers specific situation which might require detective work in our systems and an understanding of impacts from changes and which solution is best fit for each customer.

Another example could be that a customer is reorganizing which creates new company set ups that needs to be reflected in our systems (in order for the customers to see their services and assets in an accurate way and that invoices are correct). The person we are looking for would then be the person that understands how to do this and can perform the actual change.

Be a person that can work with services and billing support cases

Be a person that can help in testing of new IT developments and implementations locally. This is functionality testing with focus on ensuring accuracy in our data and ensuring that input and extraction of our service billing and customer data can be done in an accurate and efficient way.

Essential requirements:
All of the above requires a person that is structured meticulous has an eye for details and data quality and can work independently which requires a higher degree of logical thinking. The person should also not be afraid to align and synch issues and solutions with customers and employees when needed clear communication and be able to explain in a pedagogical way is important.

The person is required to have good knowledge on common Microsoft office tools especially Excel where this person should know how to use more complicated formulas (macro is not required).

Its a plus (not a must) if the person has past experience in system or software testing

What we search for is someone that has a good level of logical thinking and is capable of learning new things in a fast and accurate way a relevant University degree is an indicator of this but not an absolute requirement.
