About The Role:
As the first product owner in the Asset Control squad you will play a pivotal role in both shaping the internal central control platform interacting with most other Squads and establishing our teams culture and ways of working. Your work will have a significant impact on Flower and our services.

What Youll Do:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligning it with the overall business goals and market needs in a product roadmap
  
• Facilitate stakeholders and discover user needs to build the product backlog
  
• Facilitate the agile development process together with the team finding a balance between flexibility and structure in a fast paced environment
  
• Monitor and analyze product performance using datadriven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  
• Stay informed about industry trends competitor products and emerging technologies to ensure our system remains cuttingedge and competitive
  
  

Who You Are:

You are a humble and dedicated professional ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the work required to achieve ambitious goals. You have a strong sense of ownership are wellstructured and are driven by a passion for innovation and sustainability.

We also believe that you:

• Have proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role
  
• Possess a strong understanding of agile development methodologies and have experience working in a fastchanging environment
  
• Exhibit excellent communication and facilitation skills enabling you to collaborate effectively within the product team as well as across the organization
  
• Have an analytical mindset using datadriven insights to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  
• Are passionate about renewable energy and committed to sustainability
  
If you have a background from a dataheavy industry and experience in backend software or cloud architecture that is considered a bonus.

Location
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Sdermalm just a short walk from the old town and Slussen subway stations. We value office collaboration but support hybrid work.
