Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on cold calling and email outreach.

Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1).

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

A genuine passion for sustainability and climate action.

Previous experience in cold outreach and deal closing.

Experience in B2B SaaS sales or related fields is an advantage but not essential.
