Art Director - English - Bucharest

Jujur.eu is working with a leading online gaming company that is looking to recruit a Art Directorfor their new Bucharest office.

The ideal Art Director will bring a mix of artistic marketing and business expertise to the position promoting the company and that of their valued clients.

We are looking for an experienced manager who can inspire and be inspired by others to take our creative efforts to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with any audience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand identity Ambassador:

• Own & communicate consistently brand guidelines & brand tone of voice to all stakeholders including the clientscountry managers.
• Setting up high standards through quality controls & mentoring approaches styles & techniques for the designer team.
• Manage a team of external designers & ensure that their work is aligned with Brand vision.
• Manage the objectives workload & performance of his/her reports.
• Ensure that BAU briefs are consistently clear complete & in line with Brand guidelines with the active support of our Traffic Coordinator.
• Ensure team adheres to current processes identifies opportunities for improvement & proposes and creates processes and tools to support design operations.

Campaign Indication:

• Conceptualize campaign vision harnessing original graphics copy website content social media and other marketing materials through qualitative story boards seeking feedback approval & alignment with our Brand Director.
• Develop creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions with direction schedules & deliverables for the creative team.
• Obtain team approval of final layouts storyboards & illustrations; encourage members to provide feedback & respond to internal commentary & requests.
• Oversee presentation of final concepts present deliverables in an enticing & inspiring way to various stakeholders & coordinate production and dissemination for crossorganizational use.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales divisions in creating marketing plans and aligning team priorities with business objectives so that highquality work is delivered on time and on budget.
• Analyze market trends consumer needs & competitor landscape & consolidate campaign performance for final output.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5year experience as an Art Director or in a managerial role in graphic design
• English minimum C2
• 2year (or more) experience in the industry is a plus
• Experience in web development
• Solid knowledge of photography & video production
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud
• Exceptional ability in typography layout & prototyping
• Highly skilled in leading a team of creatives
• Strong creative vision with attention to business objectives
• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in fine art graphic design or similar discipline
