About You
An excellent working knowledge of M365 AD Networking is essential
Recently completed a relevant IT course or currently working in an IT Technician role.
A technical knowledge of IT this can be from setting up your own network from home be the IT tech of your family that can strip and rebuild a PC or maybe your experience is already developed further already.
Possess excellent communication skills and a positive cando attitude.
The Role
Work on a bustling successful helpdesk providing topnotch support to clients at a 1st line level.
Resolve queries efficiently or escalate tickets to colleagues when necessary.
Enjoy a hybrid work model with four days from home and one day in the office.
