Job Description
Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 6pm
Position Summary
This position is responsible to provide support for general tasks in the warehouse. Picks and packs
shipments performs delivery and pickup loads and unloads as well as scans all packages. Receives
putaway issues and stocktakes materials/inventory.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of warehouse cargo
Create and maintain reports and files for all operations records correspondence plans and expenses.
Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure readiness of cargo for deliveries.
SAP/WMS timely updating
Track & Trace shipping details with Forwarding agents
Weekly Cycle Count report
Online courier booking and liaise with forwarders via email / phone
Handle any other adhoc / administrative duties
Requirements:
Experience in logistics warehousing
Able to handle heavy lifting and packing preferably with a forklift license.
Basic computer skills.
