Job Description
This is a remote position.
We need a Business Data Analyst with strong data analysis skills to help us navigate our challenges and drive operational excellence.
Analyze the backlog of issues emerging from the reconciliation process identifying root causes and providing actionable insights for engineering fixes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Finance Payments Insurance and Compliance to ensure smooth and accurate reconciliation processes.
Test fixes endtoend ensuring that all issues are resolved before vendor disbursement
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor reconciliation performance ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Support the resolution of highpriority incidents including those with significant financial or compliance impacts by providing datadriven analysis and solutions
Create and standardize metrics related to GTI Recon
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Finance Data Analytics or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience working in relevant industries
Strong skills in Python SQL and data analysis experience with distributed system (e.g. Presto Hadoop Hive) is a strong plus
Experience in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau)
Experience working in a highly regulated industry with a focus on compliance and financial accuracy
Experience with data reconciliation processes and understanding large scale data systems is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively with crossfunctional teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a keen attention to detail.
