Sales Manager

Our growing disruptive business model company with explosive potential in the dumpster compacting business is seeking to hire a Sales Manager.

Role Description

This position is responsible for managing the business growth by developing the market and meeting the business and operations planned goals within the trash compacting business. The overall objective is to increase our DFW account business by engaging customers in our value proposition to our customers. This individual must be selfmotivated independent and able to make presentations from operational decision makers to high level executives to achieve our business objectives. You will also be tasked with overseeing the service delivery operations performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Incorporate sales strategies based on market study relationships face to face meetings and presentation with current and prospective customers.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products and services.
• Capture new customers secure demos.
• Develop revenue pipeline for us and our Dumpsters to meet or surpass monthly forecast and yearly budget projections.
• Develop customer relationships that build long term contracts with local customers.
• Meet planned sales and operational performance goals.

Qualifications

• Sales Target Achievement and Sales Data Analysis abilities
• An associates degree or high school diploma.
• 35 Years of experience within sales trash compactor or waste management industry within the DFW area.
• Track record of new account development and account management within the trash compacting or dumpster rental business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Selfmotivated and selfdriven
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• May be required to pass a medical physical and drug screen
