DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND TASKS:

Statement of Work:
Manage ServiceNow instance for client integrate ServiceNow into Azure Monitor develop integrated alerting solutions along with workflows and other ServiceNow capabilities around automation.

Task Description:

• Experience integrating ServiceNow into a cloud service such as Azure Monitor
• Experience setting up incidents and alerts from required thresholds
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery along with deploying and configuring Mid Servers
• Experience with setting up workflows and automation processes for incident task and change management
• Experience managing and maintaining ServiceNow components patching upgrading ServiceNow etc.
• Experience setting up dashboards and reports for performance analysis.
• Experience with ITOM and other ServiceNow components such as Orchestration ITSM etc

Nice to have skills:

• Terraform Python PowerShell Cloud Native Tools API Integration as well as Serverless technologies to integrate with other services or cloud platforms.
• Integrating with Cloud Native APIs for all aspects of multicloud native services provisioning configuration operations and maintenance.
• Experience with IT service management best practices.
• Experience with API integration for Cloud Services with ServiceNow
