This role would need to understand existing IT system environments and the roadmap for the ECC to S4Hana migration. this role will need to have deep insights to Supply Chain and Customer SAP Processes.Additionally a strong knowledge of SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) Opportunity Management (OPP) application from ECC to SAP S/4HANA aligning with SAP recommendations and best practices. You will collaborate with a team of experts to ensure a smooth and successful migration leveraging APIs or alternative technologies to enable seamless integration between systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop maintain and execute a comprehensive work plan to migrate the SAP CAR OPP application from ECC to SAP S/4HANA following SAPs recommended migration approach.

Collaborate with existing team of functional and technical experts to analyze existing processes data structures and configurations to identify changes required for the migration.

Act as a sparring partner to share SAP S4 best practices with providing examples and recommendations to educate the team on best path forward to meet their S4 Global Template

Work to understand the go forward landscape for Salon Centric to ensure compatibility to the overall SAP S4 Landscape including all relevant Applications

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define the target state for the SAP S/4HANA environment.

Evaluate and recommend the use of APIs or alternative technologies to facilitate data integration and communication between SAP CAR OPP and SAP S/4HANA.

Work closely with Global team to design build and test custom APIs or integration solutions to enable data transfer and synchronization between systems.

Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and reconciliation processes during the migration with partnership with the Data Team.

Conduct user acceptance testing UAT Business Simulations to ensure comprehensive understanding of the new processes especially for end users.

Provide postgolive support and address any issues or enhancements related to the SAP S/4 CAR OPP application.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.

Proven experience (10 years) in SAP projects with a focus on SAP CAR and SAP S/4HANA.

Strong understanding of SAP CAR OPP functionality data model and integration points with SAP S/4HANA.

Experience in designing and implementing APIs for data integration in SAP environments.

Knowledge of alternative integration technologies and methods to connect SAP systems.

Ability to lead crossfunctional teams manage stakeholders and communicate effectively both written and verbal communication

SAP certification in SAP CAR or SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills must be fluent in English understanding French is a plus.

Ability to work independently prioritize tasks create and maintain a workplan and meet project deadlines.

Global scale experience is mandatory.

Expectations:

Drive the migration project with a focus on adherence to SAP recommendations and best practices. Provide observations and recommendations in a documented format with consideration and/or impacts highlighted.

Collaborate effectively with local team global team technical teams business users and vendors to ensure successful integration.

Stay updated on SAP CAR OPP and S/4HANA advancements new features and integration capabilities.

Proactively identify risks issues and dependencies related to the migration project. 5. Document project progress decisions and outcomes for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Mentor and coach team members to build expertise in SAP CAR OPP and S/4HANA integration to ensure the client team will be able sustain post GoLive.

Be on camera for meetings via MS Teams.

Be on client site at least 3 full working days per week.
