Call Center Representatives

Responsibilities:

• input text and numerical data from files spreadsheets and internet forms into the relevant electronic data repositories and data stores
• Modify existing data entries when fresh details arrives
• Oversee and upkeep file repositories for source documents and resources
• Support other administrative tasks like duplicating fax transmissions and filing when required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or comparable
• Entrylevel computer proficiency; knowledge of MS Office and data entry software beneficial
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
• Some previous experience with data input customer assistance customer care retail telemarketing or appointment setting
