The project and your role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FirstSpirit Java Developer to join our team and work on innovative projects within the Software Development Industry.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their project needs implement tailored FirstSpirit solutions and take ownership of small to medium project implementations.
• Develop editor forms output logic (e.g. HTML) custom FirstSpirit plugins (Java) and provide expert technical support when needed.
• Lead technical training for developers and partners in both German and English including onboarding new cloud customers.
• Actively communicate project ideas and address challenges contributing to team meetings and solution discussions.
• Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks accurately estimate project efforts and ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as a developer and consultant providing valuable insights and feedback to the product team to enhance customer experiences.

Your skills

• Fluency in German and English
• Familiar with CMS Systems and their concepts (FirstSpirit preferred)
• Proficiency in Java
• General knowledge about frontend (mainly Javascript) technologies
• Curiosity and motivation to learn and have openness to others ideas and feedback
