About the Role: As a Customer Support Advisor you will be the first point of contact for the clients of a wellknown financial institution. Youll handle inquiries through calls chat and email helping clients with online banking navigation product conditions and marketing campaigns. Your key tasks will include:

• Assisting customers via calls chat and email
• Providing information on products and ongoing campaigns
• Supporting central marketing initiatives
• Handling card blocking appointment scheduling and mediation processes
