Position Overview:

As a DutchSpeaking Customer Advisor youll be the frontline representative for our Dutchspeaking subscribers offering them invaluable assistance as they navigate the vast and exciting world of streaming. This role allows you to connect directly with users enhance their streaming experience and play a pivotal role in the continued success of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Subscriber Support: Provide topnotch assistance to Dutchspeaking subscribers by addressing their inquiries offering personalized recommendations and swiftly resolving streamingrelated concerns. Your goal is to ensure every subscriber has a seamless and enjoyable streaming experience.

Effective Communication: Leverage your fluent Dutch skills to communicate effectively with subscribers ensuring their needs are met and their streaming journey is smooth.

Issue Resolution: Demonstrate your problemsolving prowess by promptly addressing and resolving subscriber concerns with the ultimate goal of enhancing overall satisfaction and loyalty.

Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our streaming platform and diverse content offerings enabling you to provide accurate and valuable information to subscribers.

Collaborative Teamwork: Engage in seamless collaboration with colleagues and other teams actively contributing to the ongoing improvement of our customer service practices. Your insights and teamwork will help us continue to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken): Your ability to engage effectively with Dutchspeaking subscribers and team members is essential for this role.
